Incorporated in 1978, The Gutierrez Company provides a full range of real estate development services including site selection, financing, master planning, design coordination, project management and supervision, and property management. Through our wholly-owned subsidiary, Gutierrez Construction Co., Inc., we also provide complete, pre-construction consulting, construction management, and general contracting services.

The Gutierrez Company has developed over 9 million square feet of office, office/R & D, retail, residential, and industrial space in suburban Boston and southern New Hampshire for various regional, national, and international clients and tenants. We currently own and manage a building portfolio of over 4 million square feet of space. Additionally, the company controls and/or owns land to develop an additional 11 million square feet of space.

Our in-depth capabilities within each phase of the development process enables a seamless transaction from ‘concept to keys’. Whether structuring a joint-venture on a single property, developing an asset for our own account, or constructing a customized project for a third party, all of the vital services needed for each phase can be provided in-house.

Gutierrez Construction Co., Inc. (GCCI) is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Gutierrez Company and is responsible for the construction of all company-owned projects, as well as select third party contracts.

Our multi-disciplined staff can take on the full spectrum of construction projects; from simply designed office, to complex laboratories, from mixed-use to stand-alone retail, and from multifamily residential to industrial warehouse facilities. Our professionals have decades of experience in delivering quality construction services to our clients and tenants.

By utilizing a design/build approach for constructing projects, Gutierrez Construction Co., Inc., though its parent, The Gutierrez Company, assumes single-source responsibility for the implementation and successful completion of each project.
